The number of modules in the offer is based on the available information from plans or photos - to the best of our knowledge and belief. As long as the roof has not been measured exactly, the number of modules can still vary slightly.

 

Snow stopper / snow catcher:

Swisspoint-Service has informed the roof owner (and/or investor) about the function and use of the snow guard and has made recommendations that are adapted to the specific situation. If you do not use the snow guard that we recommend, we cannot assume any liability for any consequential damage.

 

Regulation maintenance:

Solar systems are technical installations and require periodic   checks. According to Art. 17 of the Accident Prevention Ordinance, a roof must be designed in such a way that it can be walked on safely. Swisspoint-Service recommends equipping every roof with permanent work safety equipment and offers these systems/components as early as the offer phase. This device is absolutely necessary for a later inspection (e.g. maintenance) of the roof.

tax deduction:

In some cantons, up to 100% of this investment can be deducted from taxable income, so it is important to clarify this with the cantonal tax authorities in advance. The responsibility for this lies with the client / building owner.

Swisspoint-Service does not guarantee the payment of subsidies - this control is the sole responsibility of the recipient of these funds.
